What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and guests must be checked out by 12:00 pm. If you arrive early, our front desk will be happy to hold your bags while you explore Fifth Avenue prior to your check-in time. If you’d like to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our front desk team.

Is high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel. High-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.

Is Inn on Fifth pet-friendly?

We love furry friends, however, Inn on Fifth does not offer pet-friendly accommodations.

Do you have electric vehicle charging stations at your downtown Naples hotel?

Yes, we are proud to offer three electric vehicle charging stations for guests staying and parking their vehicle with our valet team. Two chargers are standard Tesla chargers and one is available for non-Tesla vehicles. Thank you for considering the environment and selecting an electric vehicle!

Does the hotel have any accessible guest rooms or suites?

Yes, we offer a selection of accessible guest rooms and suites. Contact our reservations team to learn more or view details when booking.

Is your executive car service available?

Yes, local transportation is provided within a two-mile radius of the hotel in our Escalade SUV. Inquire with our front desk team regarding availability. Guests can also get rides in our Inn on Fifth golf cart within a 1 mile radius, which includes drop offs at the beach, around Fifth Avenue, the Pier, and 3rd St. South.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes, the fitness center is located on the second floor. A room key is required to enter the fitness center which includes free weights and cardio equipment. The gym is available 24 hours a day.

Where can I eat breakfast?

Fifth Avenue South is brimming with excellent restaurant options. Within walking distance, you will find breakfast options such as The Café, Jane’s Café on 3rd and EJ’s Bayfront Café. Our well-versed team is happy to assist with reservations and directions to any local restaurant.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by rate booked and the dates of your stay. Please refer to the details provided on our booking pages when reserving your stay.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Yes, room service is available daily from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have an incredible private pool area located on the second floor of the main hotel. Overlooking Fifth Avenue, you can relax poolside with plenty of seating and sunshine.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

Yes, the beautifully appointed Spa on Fifth is the perfect reprieve from all your daily stresses. Please reach out to our team by calling 239.280.2777 or emailing spa@innonfifth.com. The spa is open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What is a “guest amenities fee?”

To offer our guests an all-inclusive array of amenities and services, we charge a taxable $35 guest amenities fee, per day, for each guest room which includes the following.

  • Welcome cocktail at the pool bar for each guest
  • Golf cart transportation to and from the beach, 2 lounge chairs, 2 towels, and 1 umbrella per room
  • Access to our private pool
  • Access to the fitness center
  • In-room bottled water
  • In-room Wi-Fi
  • Local and long-distance phone calls
Is there a parking fee?

Yes, Inn on Fifth offers valet parking for a daily fee of $28+ tax per vehicle.

What is your smoking policy?

Inn on Fifth is a non-smoking hotel. A fee of $300 will be charged if it becomes known that a guest is smoking on property.

Is there a gift shop or store on property?

Yes, our Boutique on Fifth is located next to the front desk in the main building’s lobby. Here, you’ll find a selection of accessories, attire, and sundries.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs for guests?

Yes, rollaway beds can be arranged in select room types for a fee of $35 per night. Our partnership with BabyQuip provides quality cribs, as well as strollers, pack-n-plays, and so much more. Inquire with our team to rent everything you need and have it conveniently delivered to your room.

Is there a laundry service available at the hotel?

Yes, we would be happy to assist with laundry needs while you stay with us here in the heart of Fifth Avenue.
