The Beach

Only 6 short blocks from our front doors, discover the fine white sandy beaches of Naples with sunsets that will take your breath away. Take a 10-minute stroll past the fun shops and restaurants or be whisked on the golf cart by our valet who will happily provide you with all the beach necessities like chairs, umbrellas, and sunscreen.

Third Street South

There can’t possibly be anything like Fifth Avenue elsewhere, am I right? Wrong! As you walk towards the beach on Fifth Avenue, you will run into the lovely 3rd Street South, an extension of our charming Old Naples village.

Third Street South, the birthplace of Naples, lies two blocks from the 19th century Naples Pier, the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by the colorful original beach cottages and enchanting houses of Old Naples. The sophisticated and delightful shops, the renowned fine restaurants and bistros, and the courtyards and antique fountains all await—amidst the lush colorful cascading flowers and green landscaping of historic Third Street South. Take a healthy 20-minute walk, or let us chauffeur you with our compliments, to a day of shopping and lunch, or to an exciting night out.

Naples Bay

On the other side of Fifth Avenue, opposite the beach, is the beloved Naples Bay. Here you find a more Florida-island feel, with bayfront restaurants serving up fresh seafood and piña coladas, and all things water sports.
